What is included in a Perfect Palette Party?

Party packages include all materials needed to create whichever project you decide is best for your event, along with professional instruction by a certified art teacher. We bring the fun and will set up AND clean up your space so each participant can enjoy the creative experience, with no hassle or stress for YOU. How much does a Perfect Palette Party cost?

Party packages start at $225 for up to ten guests.


How long does a Perfect Palette Party last?

Time slots are booked for two hour intervals, this includes set up and clean up. Most art experiences take approximately one hour.


How do I book a Perfect Palette Party?

Check out our party packages to get started and we will do the rest. Just contact us and we will help you design your perfect event. A deposit of $100 is required at the time of your reservation and the balance is due two weeks before your scheduled event. Book early to ensure availability for your special day. 


Where can I have my party?

Perfect Palette Parties is a mobile service; we bring everything needed to put the art in your party wherever it's convenient for you! You can host your party at your home, at a park or community center, at a homeschool gathering or church party, a clubhouse, at a Girlscout outing..wherever you want! Please note, we are not responsible for weather and due to the nature of our business cannot provide  refunds or weather delays so if you choose an outdoor venue it's a great idea to have a backup plan just in case.


Do I have to choose from a party package?

Party packages are convenient and are designed around over 15 years experience of what kids enjoy most in art. They are easily customizable by adding your own personal touches from our popular Perfect Palette cookies to personalized table settings and take home project goodie bags. However, our favorite parties to plan are custom themed parties. You pick a theme and we will design a perfect party around it. We also offer Pinterest parties for teens and adults! 


When can I have a party?

Our standard time slots are Fridays from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Saturdays from 11:00-1:00 or 2:00-4:00 and Sundays from 11:00-1:00 or 2:00-4:00. We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service so if there is a time outside of these hours that you require for a school or weekday event please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your need!


What do I have to provide?

Just a space to work with a table and enough seating for each participant. We will do the rest!


What ages can participate?

Paint and project parties are designed for kids 6 through 12, but art is what we do and we can design an age appropriate creative experience for any age, toddler through adult.


How many guests can I have at an event?

Pricing for packages is based on participation of up to 10 guests but you can add additional guests up to 20. 


What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your event and payment is due in full two weeks before the event. If you need to change the date or time during that period we will do everything we can to accommodate if there is availability but because of the custom nature of our products and services we cannot provide refunds.


Can siblings participate in an event?

Projects are planned per participant so each participant needs to be counted in order to ensure we have materials for everyone. In other words, siblings need to be counted as guests if they wish to participate in projects. Also please keep in mind that projects are planned according to the average age of party guests, so if the sibling is much younger the project may not be age appropriate without some help from mom or dad.


What methods of payment do you accept?

Paypal is our preferred method of payment.
